Off-Campus Accommodations

For hotel/motel accommodations in Bryan-College Station, please visit visit.cstx.gov/hotels or destinationbryan.com/book-your-stay. If you are staying off campus, you will need to provide your own transportation.

Gardens Apartments

Check-in at the Gardens Apartments (M-F 8am – 5pm) will be in the Gardens Apartments Community Center Room 101. After hours (5pm to 10pm) check-in will be in Room 127. NSC participants needing to check-in past 10pm due to an emergency will need to call the office (979) 845-2261 during office hours to make arrangements. Our check-in desk closes at 10pm.

Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center

Stay in the heart of campus at Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. The conveniently located ‘guest house’ of the university is a mere 96 yards from Kyle Field and steps from the Memorial Student Center.
